With more than 15 years of experience in the pneumatic and factory automation industry, Ho Viet Thang (Victor) has worked with leading global brands including SMC, Parker, and Metal Work, helping manufacturers enhance productivity, efficiency, and automation capabilities across Vietnam. He currently serves as Managing Director of Metal Work Pneumatic Vietnam, the Vietnamese subsidiary of Metal Work S.p.A., a renowned Italian company founded in 1967 and specializing in the design and production of pneumatic components for industrial automation systems. Headquartered in Concesio, near Brescia, Italy, Metal Work operates a global network of 50 subsidiaries with over 1,400 employees worldwide, supporting customers across diverse manufacturing sectors. Through his leadership, he continues to drive the adoption of advanced automation solutions and support the growth of Vietnam's industrial ecosystem.
