"Phuc Nguyen is Director of SoC Turnkey Solutions and Sales, APAC at GSME, where he leads the company’s SoC turnkey solutions and business development across the Asia-Pacific region. His responsibilities span the semiconductor value chain, including semiconductor manufacturing, MPW services, mass production, package design, assembly and testing, and end-to-end chip delivery. With more than 18 years of experience in VLSI and hardware design, Phuc brings extensive expertise in semiconductor engineering, IC design services, project management, and executive leadership. Prior to joining GSME, he served as VP of Engineering at BITSILICA, leading regional engineering teams across Southeast Asia and delivering end-to-end VLSI and SoC design solutions. Previously, Phuc was Regional Director of System Design Solutions (SDS) and System Solutions Group (SSG) at Synopsys, where he managed turnkey IC design engagements from specification and RTL through GDSII, covering design verification, synthesis, DFT, STA, place-and-route, and physical verification. He also has deep technical expertise in static timing analysis and physical-aware synthesis. At GSME, Phuc is focused on helping semiconductor companies accelerate innovation, strengthen their design-to-manufacturing capabilities, and bring chips from concept to production through integrated, cost-effective turnkey solutions across APAC."
