Bruno is an entrepreneur, technology consultant, and data privacy specialist with extensive experience helping organisations navigate digital transformation and regulatory compliance. Since relocating to Vietnam in 2019, he has advised a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinational companies, on technology strategy, data governance, and privacy regulations. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Digital Sector Committee at the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham), where he works closely with industry leaders and policymakers on digital economy development and emerging regulatory issues. With a background in computer engineering, he has held consulting and leadership roles with global organisations including Thales, Technip, and Onepoint, and brings a unique combination of technical expertise, business leadership, and regulatory insight to Vietnam's evolving digital landscape.
