Nguyen Thanh Long is the Founder and CEO of HOUSELINK, an industrial ecosystem platform connecting investors, contractors, and industrial parks across Vietnam's manufacturing market. With over 20 years in market research and investment advisory, he has supported hundreds of FDI companies from China, Japan, Korea, the EU, and the US in delivering their projects in Vietnam. Mr. Long founded HOUSELINK in 2010 as a small industrial construction research team. Over the past 16 years, it has grown into a platform serving more than 2,000 international and local members, supported by a database of over 120,000 factories and a partner network spanning Asia, Europe, and the US. In 2025, HOUSELINK facilitated projects representing more than 10% of new FDI investment value into Vietnam. In 2026, the company partnered with Glassdome and the Renewable Energy Network to develop ESG infrastructure solutions for next-generation industrial parks. Through this work, Mr. Long is focused on making Vietnam's industrial infrastructure more transparent, connected, and sustainable - positioning the country as a destination of choice for the next generation of global manufacturers.
