Mr. Pham Dang An is Deputy General Director of Vu Phong Energy Group, General Director of VP Carbon, and Board Member of EVNPECC3. He holds an MBA in Strategy and an MSc in Mental Health Psychology, and has completed the coursework for the Certified Expert in Climate & Renewable Energy Finance (CECRF) program by Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. His work focuses on industrial energy transition, distributed energy, carbon solutions, and sustainable investment. He is particularly interested in human-governed, AI-assisted approaches to investment readiness and decision-making for industrial decarbonisation in Vietnam.
