Ms. Pham Thi My Le is Chairwoman of L&A Holdings, a services ecosystem that builds an integrated “Workforce Plus” combining people, technology, AI and third-party resources —helping clients translate organizational capabilities into operational performance and sustainable competitive advantage. Through its four brands—L&A, SKALE, Nesso and KingBee—the ecosystem delivers an integrated suite of solutions spanning talent selection, capability development, process digitalization and automation, operational and commercial execution. Over more than 25 years of business leadership, Ms. Le has helped grow L&A Holdings into an organization supported by a network of up to 26,000 employees and partners, serving more than 10,750 companies across Vietnam, Australia, Japan, Europe and North America, while contributing hundreds of billions of Vietnamese dong to the state budget annually. Since 2016, Open Up Group—one of Japan’s leading human resources services groups—has been a strategic shareholder in L&A Holdings. Ms. Le is recognized for her strategic vision and pioneering application of HR technology, data, AI and Talent Intelligence to enhance people-related decisions and drive stronger business performance. Beyond her corporate leadership, she initiated SME Mentoring, which supports leadership development for a community of more than 20,000 start-up founders. She is also a co-founder of the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) and the 2030 Businesspeople Club; an Advisor to the Asia New Zealand Foundation; and a former Vietnamese representative in the U.S. Department of State’s Women’s Leadership Development Program in 2017. Her academic achievements include National Prize Winner in Vietnam in CIMA’s CFO Programme (2016). She holds a Bachelor of Business from Ho Chi Minh City Open University (1997) and graduated as valedictorian from Hue University of Education (1994). Guided by her philosophy, “Live—don’t merely exist,” Ms. Le pursues a leadership journey that connects sustainable business growth with organization and people development via non-profit projects Boost4Best.com and CEOWorkforceIndex.com.
