Pham Quang Phuong received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2007, and his M.Sc. degree in 2008 and Ph.D. degree in 2011 from Grenoble INP (France).
From 2008 to 2014, he worked as an R&D Engineer at CEDRAT SA (now part of Altair). From 2014 to 2020, he worked as an R&D Engineer at the National Load Dispatch Centre (EVN), where he was involved in research and development activities related to power system operation and control.
Since 2021, he has been working as a lecturer at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). His research interests include power system operation and stability, renewable energy integration, energy storage systems, power system simulation, and smart grid technologies.
