Koh Eng Meng oversees the investment and asset management operations for the joint venture between Boustead & KTG in Vietnam, a role he has held since 2022. During his tenure at BKIM (the joint venture company), he has successfully completed the M&A transaction comprising assets from both shareholders valued at US$115mil and expanded the business to circa US$250mil in Assets Under Management (AUM). In addition to his role in BKIM, Eng Meng also manages Boustead Projects' engineering and construction business
in Vietnam.
Eng Meng joined Boustead Projects in 2018 and has held several senior positions across various business units in SEA, including a joint venture with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, which ultimately paved the way for his transition to Vietnam.
Before his tenure at Boustead Projects, Eng Meng served as VP, Investment and Asset Management in a privately held entity within the Al-Bukhari Group in Malaysia and an entity held by Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties. Eng Meng had also held various
roles across the entire real estate business in Ascendas, ESG REIT (formarly Cambridge Industrial Trust) and Colliers. He brings over 15 years of professional experience in the investment sector.
Eng Meng holds a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree from National University of Singapore in Real Estate with a background in Architecture.
