Huong joined Intel in 2024, bringing decades of experience in trade policy, trade promotion, and international negotiations. Prior to Intel, she held senior roles at Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade, including postings in Canada and Sweden. She holds a Master's in Public Policy Management from Uppsala University and a BA from Foreign Trade University.
